DESCRIPTION:RATIONALE\nThe BONN neutron star workshops aim to bring togeth
 er observers and theoreticians to exchange and discuss new ideas related t
 o neutron star research in a one-day workshop.\n\n \n\nSTRUCTURE OF THE M
 EETING\nAs usual\, our meeting will start with a 'news' session on highlig
 hts from neutron star research. There will be two additional topical sessi
 ons related to pulsar instrumentation and observing. The conference dinner
  (optional) is at your own expense. Lunches and coffee breaks are sponsore
