DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Prof. BARTEL\, Norbert (York University)\nRadioAstro
n on its eccentric orbit around Earth allows a unique test of the gravitat
ional redshift predicted by general relativity. Large gravitational potent
ial variations cause large variations of the on-board hydrogen maser clock
rate\, which can be detected with ground radio telescopes. We report on r
 ecent results and possible improvements.\n\nhttps://events.mpifr-bonn.mpg.

DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Dr. ALAKOZ\, Alexey (ASC LPI)\nThe first time space-
VLBI detections of water maser emission have been obtained for the Megamas
er galaxy NGC 4258 and several Galactic star-forming regions. In W3 IRS5
fringes were successfully detected on baselines of up to 6 Earth Diameter
s delivering a record angular resolution of 36 microarcseconds. Linear re
solution of better than 4 million kilometers has been achieved in observat
ions of the water maser in Orion.\n\nhttps://events.mpifr-bonn.mpg.de/indi

DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Prof. GIOVANNINI\, Gabriele (Bologna University and
IRA/INAF)\nI will present preliminary results on the RadioAstron observati
ons of three nearby AGN. Images at 5 and 22 GHz of 3C84 are available and
will be presented and shortly discussed in comparison with ground VLBI res
ults. We obtained high resolution images (about 50 micro-arcsec) showing
 a complex nuclear structure\, and a limb-brighted jet with a possible shor
 t counter-jet structure.\n\nhttps://events.mpifr-bonn.mpg.de/indico/event/

DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Dr. GÓMEZ\, Jose L. (Instituto de Astrofísica de A

on observations of BL Lac at 18 and 1.3 cm with ground-space fringe detect
ions up to a projected baseline distance of 7.9 Earth diameters in length\
, revealing the innermost magnetic field structure with an angular resolut
