DESCRIPTION:Develop the detailed project plan for the BRAND receiver\, and
  first meeting of the team.\n\n\n	Venue: the meeting will take place at th

 sts offer the participants\, if interested\, a guided visit to Yebes Obser
 vatory on monday January 16 afternoon. People (>3) should tell us in advan
 ce\, in case their planes arrive early. We should leave Alcala no later th
 an 15:30h otherwise it will get very dark.\n	\n	 To get to the meeting fa
 cilities (Politecnico) from the hotel by local bus numer 2 (from Plaza Cer
 vantes)\; nevertheless we will go together with the participants the day o
