DESCRIPTION:New technologies for the design and construction of radio astr
 onomical instrumentation\, combined with new possibilities in signal and d
 ata processing\, allow us to improve on the usage of existing and new faci
 lities to pursue possible new directions in exploring the Universe at radi
 o frequencies.\n\nThe workshop will be by invitation-only and will bring t
 ogether experts from diverse fields\, having in common the interests to pu
 rsue new scientific questions with the usage of single dish radio  telesco
 pes\, radio interferometers and multi-element networks.\n\nThe workshop wi
 ll address topics such as Cosmology\, Science with Surveys\, Compact Objec
 ts and Relativistic Jets\, Gravitational Wave Astronomy\, the Transient Sk
