Dear Speakers, Thank you for your submissions! Please find enclosed the final program of our workshop on the 21-22 of September 2020. Due to the high number of requests, we had to limit each speaker's presentation to 20 min plus 5 min for questions and discussions (25 min in total). Please take this time allocation into account when you plan your presentation. Below, you can find some important points you should care about: - Be aware that we plan to video record all talks. In case you do not want your talk to be recorded, please, let us know in advance; - In parallel to the video recording, the slides will be made available via our indico webpages. Please send us an official "sharable" copy as a .pdf file latest on September 17; - You will have full control of your presentation, available on your PC/laptop, via Zoom screen sharing. For best performance of the conference we strongly recommend to convert your presentation into .pdf format. We experianced massive problems with Power Point presentations especially if yu are not experianced with zoom. Screen sharing will be open to everyone so that you will start sharing your slides immediately, as your talk starts. If you are not familiar with the zoom screen sharing option, we invite you to carry out a test with us in advance, for example on the morning of Sep 21st between 10h00am and 12h00pm (before the "Dial in (registration)" time slot). Our program is quite dense, thus we would not have time for explanations on how to use zoom, during the time slot that has been allocated to your talk. - Your chairman will: 1) inform you of the remaining time 5 minutes before the end of your talk (at T0+15 min); 2) inform you about the end of your talk (at T0+20 min); 3) guide you through the 5-minute slot of questions from the participants and possible comments/discussions; 4) end your screen sharing after 25 min from T0, passing the control to the following speaker; Therefore, we invite you to stick to your 20-min presentation time. - The discussion will be verbally or through the Zoom chat function.
